Information we process

We process your sign-in email, name and profile image supplied by Google; your uploaded photo; generation settings, task status and output; purchase references and credit records; and messages you send to support. Hosting and security systems may also process IP addresses, browser information and request logs.

Google sign-in uses basic profile, email and OpenID information. We do not receive your Google password. Payment card details are handled by Waffo and its payment partners, not stored in our application.

Your photo and video

Selecting a photo creates a local browser preview. Creating a video sends the photo through an automated safety check and uploads an accepted photo to our private Cloudflare R2 storage. APIMart receives the photo and a temporary source link, and processes a copy in its asset library for moderation and generation with Seedance 2.5. We also send the generated video through Gemini 3.5 Flash via APIMart for a safety assessment before delivery. Moderation logs contain the stage, model, decision, category codes and task reference. We request deletion of the source asset after generation finishes; retries and provider retention rules can affect when upstream copies disappear.

The account owner can access the result. Our application does not put customer photos or results in a public gallery and does not sell them. Operational access may be necessary for troubleshooting, abuse prevention and deletion requests. The homepage example uses a fictional AI-created person.

Retention and deletion

Application uploads are retained for up to 7 days; generated results for up to 60 days. Scheduled maintenance removes expired files, and access is denied after expiry. You may delete a completed video and its source earlier. Deleting a file does not erase payment records that are still needed for accounting, disputes or fraud prevention.

Our provider has separate processing and retention practices. We do not promise that our application retention limits govern every provider backup or legally required record. Ask support if you need help locating or removing an upstream copy.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts the application, DNS, database, private object storage and support mail forwarding. Google supplies sign-in and Search Console. APIMart supplies AI processing. Waffo supplies checkout and payment processing. Support mail is forwarded to Gmail and QQ. These providers may process data in countries outside your location under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and choices

We use cookies needed to maintain your session and protect sign-in. Your browser can clear cookies, which signs you out. Contact support@windowpeeperai.cc for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. We aim to reply within two business days. The service is for adults; do not upload photos of minors.
