Unused packs

Email support@windowpeeperai.cc within 14 days of purchase. If none of that order's video credits has been used, you may request a full refund.

Partially used packs

Within the same 14-day window, a partly used pack may be refunded in proportion to its remaining credits: refundable pack amount = amount paid for the pack × unused credits from that order ÷ credits originally purchased. Tax adjustments, where applicable, are handled by the payment provider. Credits from separate orders are calculated separately.

We check completed and in-progress jobs before finalizing a refund. Refunded credits are withdrawn and cannot be used afterward. A duplicate request does not generate a second refund.

Failed or unsatisfactory videos

A confirmed generation or photo-processing failure automatically restores its video credit; it does not automatically issue a cash refund. Restored credits keep their original expiry. A successfully generated video whose appearance you dislike counts as used; AI likeness and motion can vary. You may still request a refund for the remaining unused credits within the 14-day period.

How to request and track a refund

Include your sign-in email and order reference. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment channel; bank processing time varies. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. After 14 days, contact us if there is an unresolved billing problem. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
