For payment help, include the email you used to sign in, the order reference and the approximate purchase date. For generation help, include the video reference and describe what happened. Never send card numbers, account passwords or identity documents in a support email.

Refunds

Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for unused and partially used packs.

Privacy and removal

You can delete a completed video and its uploaded photo from your account. To request account deletion, report misuse of your image or request removal, email support with enough information to locate the account or content.
